Move it
Physical exercise is the building block of brain function and physical health. Our movements influence gene expression and improve mental clarity, mood, sleep quality, hormone function, and social development. Sitting and inactivity, conversely, are interdependent risk factors for a host of diseases and conditions of chronic pain.
