#1 Vitality Booster
The best advice I’ve ever gotten was to laugh hard, and laugh often. Throughout this program, you’ll be encouraged to look seriously at what improvements you need to make in your life — and then you’ll have to actually start making them! It won’t always be comfortable, but it will be worth it.
Laughing helps. Whether you’re alone, with friends, at a movie or in your car one thing is for certain, laughing is a powerful aid to a host of health benefits. If you find yourself losing motivation or feeling frustrated by the changes you’re making in your life, take some time out to laugh. In fact, even if you’re not losing motivation you should still make time for a good laugh.
When running or cycling, I like to listen to stand up comedy that I’ve downloaded to iTunes. When I get to a hill or run out of steam, I listen to the comedy shows and giggle my way through the work out. Try it yourself!
Throughout this program, I will be posting funny videos and images simply for the sake of getting a laugh. So crack a smile, and let’s have some fun.
