Know It!
Our bodies and brains function and grow in an inter-dependent environment. A great extent of their growth and function is a direct result of our day-to-day lifestyle choices.
By taking note of what we eat, how we move, the amount of sleep we get, how we manage stress affects our bodies and brains we are better able to create small improvements. Overtime, these small improvements will actually grow and reduce the age of our brains and bodies. The key is to know where you are starting, what changes you are making, and how progress (no matter how small) is being made.
