Managing Stress and Anxiety
Here we follow Kareen’s story as she and Dr. Roy Sugarman navigate the day-to-day applications of stress and anxiety management. The first step for Kareen was to create a diary where she wrote down when, where and why she started to worry or feel stressed. In time, Kareen was able to identify her stress triggers to better manager her routine and responses.
Next Paul Taylor created a series of stress challenges to test the stress levels and coping mechanisms of each participant. Notice how each participant overcame each challenge differently.
In their final meeting, Kareen and Dr. Roy Sugarman discuss how the small steps Kareen has taken to manage her stress and worry has lead to one very big moment of realization that she is now more resilient than ever.
